A Thirty-Year Track Record Extended to North Texas
Total Environment Building Systems is an Indian architect-led, real estate and design company known for sensitively designed homes, and was formed in 1996. The firm has delivered 4 million+ sqft of luxury residential supply across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune, serving 1,200+ clients. The firm pioneered the cantilevered-terrace-garden concept in apartment design in 1997—a vocabulary that has since become widely emulated across Bengaluru and the broader Indian luxury-residential market.
The Sagars didn't think they would expand their business past India's borders until Kamal visited the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014 and was unimpressed by the housing market. In 2017, he fell in love with and purchased a large expanse of undeveloped land with a multitude of natural features—Rowlett Creek and three other creeks flow through it, and over 900 trees take root in its soil. Soon after, he started construction on Tapestry.
