Total Environment has introduced the V25, a new single-storey home plan at Tapestry, its first community in the United States in Frisco, Texas. The V25 is the builder's single-story plan, with a $250K incentive on the first two homes sold.
The addition broadens buyer options within the community. Tapestry's three home types serve as a starting point, with each designed around the buyer, their family, and their lifestyle. The existing two-storey V40 and V50 plans have established the architectural language; the V25 extends that vocabulary to ground-level living.

Tapestry comprises 62 custom homes in Frisco, Texas, built with obsessive attention to craft and nature, reflecting the developer's approach since 1996. Located on 55 acres, the community features abundant nature, open space, hundreds of mature trees, trails, parks, creeks and ponds.
Standard features include hand-laid brick, natural marble countertops, expansive sliding glass doors, rich wood detailing, and geothermal heating and cooling paired with solar. Developer Background
Total Environment Building Systems is a Bengaluru-based architect-led residential developer founded in 1997 by Kamal Sagar, having delivered 4 million+ square feet of luxury residential supply across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. The firm, founded by architects Kamal and Shibanee Sagar, has more than two decades of experience building curated homes with green roofs and attached gardens in India before bringing its vision to the United States.
The firm pioneered the cantilevered-terrace-garden concept in apartment design in 1997—a vocabulary that has since become widely emulated across Bengaluru and the broader Indian luxury-residential market.
