Total Environment's Violet Hill has secured Maharashtra RERA registration under number PP1270002600267. The 21.76-acre sustainable community is located in Talashet on the Ambegaon-Pen Road, in the Raigad district, marking a formal regulatory milestone for the plotted development project.
Project Location and Site Character
Violet Hill is a uniquely designed, sustainable community of plotted development by Total Environment, located at Talashet on the Ambegaon-Pen Road in Alibaug. The existing tree cover, the hill views and the land falling and rising through the terrain give the project a character that is rare for Alibaug — quieter, greener and built to slow you down.
Located in Talashet, Alibaug, along the Ambegaon–Pen Road (NH166A), which connects northward to the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH66), the project offers quick access to the upcoming Mumbai–Alibaug Coastal Road and sits 15 minutes away from the upcoming Virar - Alibaug Multimodal Corridor. It sits in close proximity to the Shreegaon Dam, the township of Poynad, and the social infrastructure of central Alibaug.
Master Plan and Community Design

Alibaug is situated at a distance of about 96 kilometres from Mumbai and 143 kilometres from Pune. The M2M Ferries RoPax service runs between Bhaucha Dhakka in Mumbai and Mandwa Jetty in Raigad, 7 days a week. The vessel can carry up to 500 passengers and 150 vehicles, with journey time of approximately 60–90 minutes, far shorter than the 3–4 hour road journey via Panvel and Pen.
The Virar–Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, a 126 km, 14-lane access-controlled expressway being developed by MSRDC, connects Navghar near Virar in the north to Alibaug in the south, passing through Palghar, Thane, and Raigad districts.
