Total Environment is introducing ATR Workcations at After the Rain, a new luxury workspaces project launching in North Bangalore. The commercial enclave is located beside the Total Environment After the Rain residential project and represents the developer's entry into curated commercial workspace design.

The developer offers a guaranteed lease of Rs. 30,000 per month at INR 60 per sq.ft for three years after possession, with lease management handled by Total Environment for 15 years.
