Total Environment Launches Final Phase of Premium Residential Development in Pune
Total Environment announced the launch of a new phase of "Songs from the Wood," its signature premium residential development in Pune on January 20, 2026. The project spans 9.6 acres in Uday Baug and comprises 208 residential units.

Launch Event and Developer Positioning
As part of the launch, Total Environment hosted Think Design 2026, a two-day on-site experiential event curated as an immersive walkthrough of the brand's design philosophy, craftsmanship, capability lines, and approach to creating homes that integrate nature into everyday living. The event brought together high-intent homebuyers and design-conscious audiences from Pune and Mumbai.
The event culminated with select offers including complimentary upgrades valued at up to ₹60 lakh.
